Technical Facilitator at Black Gazelle – Virtual Leadership Experts
Black Gazelle Consulting is a management consultancy specialized in training and coaching Executives as well as Senior Leaders in the areas of Virtual Leadership and Virtual Team Building.
We are currently looking for a technical facilitator who will help us to deliver virtual workshops and conferences on a freelance basis. This includes workshop/client administration, as well as supporting the delivery of online training using WebEx or other platforms. The following competences, skills and characteristics are critical for this position.
Critical Competences & Skills
·Strong process thinking
·Basic but robust project management skills
·Excellent proficiency in written and spoken communication (German & English) – further language skills are welcome
Important Characteristics
·Open to technology (but does not need to be IT expert)
·Aware of own voice
·Sufficiently confident and authoritative to work directly with Executives as well as with all other levels of managers/leaders
·Detail oriented and precise when working and communicating
·Good team player
·Willing to go the extra mile and flexible
·Able to work under pressure and in stressful situations
