We are looking for a virtual Executive Assistant, full time, 100%, 160 hours month. We are a Startup in Medtech, based in Switzerland. The assistant should work in a similar time zone (Europe preferably)

Requirements for the job:

4-5 yrs experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant
Very good command of English, Fluent (both written and verbally)
Very good Windows Microsoft skills (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Very independent worker, who sees the work, hands-on personality, quick
Experience in a startup or medtech would be an asset
Any other skills very welcome (Social Media experience or similar)
Tasks (in particular, but not exclusively)

Manage agenda as a gatekeeper against any waste of time
Plan and book travel
Make sure all expenses are properly recorded
Coordinate lunches and dinners with my senior team, key customers and partners, and other constituents
Collect and drive a list of key decisions (i.e. reviewing / signing documents, important emails, invitations, deadlines, reminders, etc.)
Coordinate events both in and out of the office(i.e. monthly community happy hours, fun events,games,retreats etc)
Take on random tasks that are important but difficult to complete in between meetings
hourly salary: 10EUR/hour/brut
